Default Re: Just Hanging Around

Thank you one and all.....

Tucker... I'm sure I'll get a laugh!

Ron... It's summer in Florida and there's not much one can comfortably do outside. It's too hot, muggy and buggy. Then factor in the savings of staying home due to the price of gas and I have lots and lots of time on my hands. Once all my "honey-do's" are done in the morning I have all afternoon to putz around in my den, carving and painting.

Keoma... I tried to capture the look of the sneakers that he wears with his low cut socks, you know, the kind that look like you're not wearing any!

Grim... I don't know how expressive it is... I almost scrapped him because the wood around the lips was really screwy and what you're looking at was only after a third try. Any deeper and I'd have had to consult a maxial facial specialist on how to fix him!

Randy... Thank you... no doubt, a big kick!

Gene... Thank you as always for your kind words!

Forrest... Now cute may not be the right word for that ex-Fleet Marine! Ha! Ha! The painting did turn out pretty good. It's even better than in the photo.
