thank you all so much, it is wonderful to hear all your kind words...in particular i am happy about hearing this carving inspires you :-) ... i know, i would do several things differently, if i tried it again... for example, the high relief, i would do as bas relief, since the high relief did not yield extra benefit, as i thought it would, though only made work more difficult...i would do the ear behind the band, i find it disturbing as is, in particular, since the y-shape has a paralel to the band...sigh...anyway, i am glad you like her. thanks :-)
