| | Hard Times Harry I Everyone
I want to say thanks to Gene for the inspiration to do this carving.I learned more on this carving than any one I've done.Looks like harry in a fix and having to work to get out of this pinch.Carving #6.

Vic .. I can already see the drastic improvement in this carving from the others .. Your clothing is more detailed .. the face is more refined .. the arms are more defined..
You are doing wonderful Vic .. You should have seen my first carving 's .. my faces were so flat .. they looked like they had been punched in the face ..
You are already showing a better looking figure then I ever had in my sixth or seventh carving ... Congratulations ..
Give a try at painting it and then let us see the results ..

As we speak i'm carving another one this is the hobby i should have been doing years ago.About the coloring that would be a bigger job than the carving Ha Ha.Thanks again for the nice words.I'm going to carve Harrie a small dog. you know a hobo has to thave a dog.

dont do to many little things there habbit forming,
im still hunting hat bills broken off and finishing the peewee's then ill start some of these little fellers,
heck i cant let yawl have all the fun... |
