Bob... Remember what Mr. Miyagi said when Daniel-san asked him if he could break a log with his hand.... never been attacked by a tree! Well, I've never been attacked by a house so to answer your question, no, you can keep your construction debris! Ha! Ha! Actually, I gave up breaking boards many years ago. There comes a time when you look at your hands and they look all knarled up like you've got an agressive case of rheumatoid arthritis that you begin to think that perhaps this board and brick breaking stuff might not be the smartest activity. As it is I'm paying dearly for many years of working the makiwara board. Mornings are hell until I get to a hot water faucet!
