| Re: Green heron (Cont. ) Nice job on the Heron. It looks just like the one that would fly in and perch on the side of a canoe where we were staying in Fla this Christmas. It came every night around eight in the evening to fish. We got several pictures of it although they're kind of hard to see because of the darkness and the flash of the camera. Mike G. in SC |

| Re: Green heron (Cont. ) Birdcarver, that is one beautiful carving, you sure did a fine job on the detail. It is really a challenge now to paint it. Personally I would be afraid I mess it up. I've only ever seen one of these beauties in the real here in Ontario Canada, he used to come to our pond every day for a snack. He was something to see for sure. Thanks for showing him, I've been following your progress, you've come a long way. Cliff |
