Default Grandsons Carving Results

My grandsons visited for Christmas and we had a couple projects for each to do. Here are photos of them with their finished projects. The younger grandson made a "fish" and a Longhorn steer skull. The older grandson made a Christmas ornament and a dolphin. Both seemed to have fun and were happy with their results.

Very nice carvings! Looks like you've got a few more wood carvers in the family!

Oh! I hope that you can gently push that. Nobody carves here without grey/white hair/bald.

Dear Santa: please send me 2 or 3 high school kids that might like to carve.

Thats the age to start. If those lads stick with it, they will have a 40 year headstart on most carvers.
