Marci....

No! Help yourself! Like I said. My idea of a bear back scratcher came from SMWC but there are a number of web sites that sell bear scratchers of various designs so no one has a lock on the idea!

Joy... You know, I wish that was the case. I make things all the time and give them as gifts but I hardly ever even receive an acknowledgement from most folks. I guess some people just don't appreciate hand crafted works! I wonder what they'd do if I handed them an I-Pod with every bear that I made???

Tucker... Thanks. Looks like we may be in the clear as far as wind goes on the west coast. At 9:30 p.m. the track had shifted east and she was looking as if she was going to make landfall around Ft. Myers. That's way south of us. But like I said in the other post. It's a two edged sword. One man's good fortune is another's misery. Someone is going to feel Faye's wrath!

Sccarnes... Knock yourself out! They sure aren't hard to make. If they was you wouldn't see me making it! I'm a firm believer in the KISS principle!

Mel... I was wondering about that. Do you have a problem with dry skin from the dry weather out there? I'd be in a world of hurt because I have trouble enough here in muggy humid Florida. That's why we have two...scratch that....three backscratchers in the house! Is it true you all air condition your homes with swamp coolers to put humidity back in them?
