Default Gargac Bust Done?

Well I finished my first attempt at that Gargac Project in WCI. I made plenty of mistakes, eyes, nose, mouth. But otherwise I learned alot. And will be making another attempt at one this winter.

A friend of mine saw me working on it and asked if he could buy it. He wanted me to but an antique look finish on it. i think it's to dark, but he loves it so chauck up another one in the books.

Next on my list is a soaring eagle or a sunfish in walnut.

I've got Marks tutorial on disc and waiting for the time to really sit down and apply some of his techniques. Your bust shows evidence of his influence - well done. Since viewing his tutorial, I've experimented with the eyes, the finish and hope to do more.
