Default Fridge magnets

In keeping with the seasons I thought I'd try my hand at some halloween witches, and since I'm married with two daughters I have to carve 3 of everything . The two green gals are carved of pine and the flesh coloured "lady" is basswood, finished with acrylics and a water based varnish.

No, not the round ones. I picked up a package of flexable magnetic strip at the local hardware store. It is sticky on one side and all you have to do is peel the strip off and stick it to the carving. The roll was 10 ft. long and I can cut off whatever length I need. The witches took about 1-1/2" each so I've still got a lot left.
Maybe I'll do some for each season/holiday throughout the year
