I was reading your post and between the dragon and the cane I did a 35 year flashback to my college days, thanks for the happy memories. hehe Thanks Tarik, The grain of the wood had a lot to do with the lines, playing the grain shaped the wings and other things, it was a fun carving. Thank you Charlotte, I wish I could carve faces like the ones on your fantastic Santa's, mine are just awful.
