they look great and cannot wait to see them painted, the only thing i see that you could work on is the size of the nose make it a little wider at the nostrils think of it as a triangle in 2 direction looking straight at and looking at it from the feet. hope this helps.

| | Re: First Try Topknot, if this is your first try, I'd say you have a natural born talent. Dang, you keep it goin like that and the next thing you know "you'll be puttin tutorials on youtube as well", great carvings for sure. Gene will be very proud when he sees your post.

Bart is right .. just trim back on the nose a little to make it closer to the face .. But Iam so proud of you trying your first one 's ..
Dont be too concerned about getting it just right the first time .. with time your get better and better ..
But for your first time .. I think you did wonderful .. keep it up .. and lets us help you in anyway ..
