Default finished ram

I posted this a while back and have since found it just did not have the pop it needed so I decided to put color on it. I figured it would turn out really well or I would have a really extravagant piece of firewood. The base coat was white of course followed by at least 12 to 15 different glazes in gray, ochre, sienna and umber tones. The horns were gray followed by umber glazes then buffed. First excursion out of the earth tones. Hope you folks like the change.

Yep, I think the coloration is exemplary! Great presentation. I really like the use of the frame and (matting??) as a backdrop.

Wow Mark,
No firewood there, you did a fine job!
Very exquisite depths and detail.
