It took me a few days to carve this one because i wanted to get a fare bit of detail into it. Its turned out ok but there are a few things i would do better if ever i carved another one. I didn't carve right through in some areas because wanted to keep it robust with chuncky so instead i carved recesses and stained them. I also stained the centipede and gave the hole thing a polish with beeswax. Your critiques are most welcome. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I am absolutely fascinated by your control of the miniature world. Your carving are superb. This must have been a young chap though, he seems to have all his teeth and no cavities.

| Cheers AL, I rubbed it all over with beeswax then passed it over a soft flame blow torch to melt. After it cools down buffed up with a soft brush and a rub with cloth.
