Default Fiddler

Relief carving this old fiddler in 11 1/2" X 17 1/2 " Should be through tomorrow{I hope} plus will paint him.

As of 1:20pm This is todays progress on the olde Fiddler

Cut in a old barn for the back ground this morning, course Im bad about not really thinking or knowing a head what Im doing!! But I think a fiddle contest would have been held in a barn??

I sure carved alot of items in this carving too deep, really hard painting them! The knot holes in the wooden beams could have been tooth-pick holders~ LOL........ Painting is going slow at this point.Theres people sitting and some dancing in the background.

{Fri}Got started on his face late yesterday, will for sure finish him this wk end.

Fri Evening,I got to paint alittle more between errands this afternoon but theres still alot more to paint.

I look forward to seeing your colors on him. He's coming to life very nicely.

Looks like you acheived a lot of depth. Looking forward to seeing the expression on his face (it doesn't show up well in the pictures).

I'm glad you took pictures. I like to see the "in-progress" photos. I didn't mean to imply any criticism. Keep up the good work!
