Tenn ... I cannot believe it's the same piece .. The coloring is a amazing addition to the original .. Absolutely beautiful ..
Thanks so much for taking us this far on the carving and painting .. This is what carving is all about ..
I really like the way you did this post with each indivual step ..
It's a wonderful idea for a mini tutorial way of showing steps from beginning to end ...
This is a wonderful way of beginning these things for those of us who dont have blog's like Lynn does and showing the progress of our work ..
Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful piece of art ..

Thks Davy~ I know one thing,before I carve something again, I will plan and think alot more about the back ground before I start. I had to work in a back ground with this fiddler. Im glad you liked him so far Davy!

Gene~ Im glad you & others have enjoyed watching this carving in its different steps! Theres alot of I wishes? Wish I hadnt done this or that! But he will be playing his fiddle by this evening!! Its reassuring hearing your thoughts and other people's input on the board. I appreciate all of you!!
