| | A few of the good old boys of Christmas Just posting this pic top let ya'll know I haven't been sleepin on the job. I can't do anything bigger till I cane throw this dang cane away and get down the basement and cut me some wood. These are all 3/4 inch peices I cut before the surgery knowing full well I'd be messed up for a while. If yer lookin Gene, the guy in the middle is from your Hillbilly tutorial, I did one earlier but this one is a big improvement (I think I'm getting better at carving as I go) Sorry no eyes yet, paints are also down the basement. Thanks for lookin

| | Re: A few of the good old boys of Christmas You could put some hooks on them and they'd make great Christmas ornaments. Good to see your still carving. You'll be at the bigger pieces soon enough so take your time.

| | Re: A few of the good old boys of Christmas Patrick, the hooks are already there, I guess I cut most of the tops off and you can't see them. I don't like those little screw in things so I twisted copper wire with a loop in the ned and then put them in with 5 min epoxy. Thanks to all you people that have had a look see, I appreciate the comments, keep 'em comming.
