Default Fairly new to this site, first picture

Hi, I am fairly new to this site. I thought I would share one of my relief carvings. Not great detail but I like how the street light worked out. I would enjoy any comments or suggestions.

Not quite sure I know how to do this so if the picture does not appear I will try again!

HI there, and welcome to the forum.
That is a very interesting subject matter. I like your street light effect too.

That is a "very" interesting idea on the street light. I also like the simple line look of the carving.

You have an interesting style. A good carving does not always have to have the fine details. There's a lot of good effects done with simple, well placed lines.

It's great how you leftt he space under the park bench untextured to create the shadow from the light!

Very nicely composed carving. Really like the shadowing and soft detailed lines. Nice work.
