Haven't done much on the elk lately.
Focusing more on a fish, but I seem to jump around from one to another.
Doing it that way, I get nothing finished.

Takes some good reference material, patience, and when you get stuck,
ask for some constructive criticism from someone else. Sometimes a different
perspective can go a long way. Get around other carvers and learn some tricks
of the trade. I run into a lot of people who say they could never do that.
I tell them that there only hold up is not doing it.

Just a few thoughts.

Wow Bill...would have guessed that was a real elk too! Wondered how you were going to carve a new set of racks for a real elk - very nice carving indeed!
