| | Re: Crow cane Dave, Dave, Dave, is right. Oh my goodness, that is just terrible, but I have to admit, it got a good chuckle out of me, crowcane. I thought Dave must have retired from his quips.
Thats a very nice cane Bob, Very unique. Al Archie posted a couple nice photos of crows, the good photos of crows aren't so easy to come by.
I liked that Bufflehead of tonys' back there a few posts, nice job on that also. The bufflehead and golden eye heads, always gives me trouble. You did a nice job. |

| | Re: Crow cane My wife just got off the phone with the new owner/operator of the Crow cane. He loves it!!!
He is her cousin, almost a brother, she grew up with his family for the first nine years of her life. Her mother developed TB when she was six months old, and had to go into a sanitoriam. He was a teenager when she arrived and her "protector", read that "spoiled her rotten", and then went off to the Army for his life. He's retired now and getting on in years, and having walking difficulties. We visited him this summer and he spoted my Eagle cane, so we thought he might like one of his own. But, as his last name is Crowe, we thought the crow might be more suitable! He agrees!!!

| | Re: Crow cane Excellent, Bob! You got the coloration about as close as you can get without being a pro-wildlife painter.
Hi-Ho, that 'cowcane' crack ought to earn you a smack with a wet linguine noodle! | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
