Default A Couple of new projects

Here's a couple of new projects I have been working on,one is a Bishop rough-out and the other one of my christmas ornaments.Hope you enjoy it.

Hi Mark, I enjoyed them both, you just keep getting better and better. Well, come to think of it 'thats what we strive for isn't it.' I'm working on Mark Gargac's Olde World Santa Ornament from WCI magazine. Actually I'll be making two as you saw the blank lengthwise at 45 degrees. Gives me a second chance to get it right. LOL
Congratulations, again for your Santa winning the Grand Prize 2007 Santa Carving Contest--he's just wonderful and had my vote!

Your carving is terrific and the paint job on that caricature is outstanding. The faded jeans and muted colors really add to the composition.
