Hello All, Haven't posted in a while, and the forum keeps telling me when I come here ( about twice a day) that I need to post something, so here they are. They were both carved of the corner of a 2" peice of Basswood and finished with thinned down acrylic paints. Comments and critiques welcome! Thanks! GaryMc

Nice work Gary. This is a refreshing change from woodspirit/Indians that I like very much. Thanks for posting them.

Very nice carvings. I like the detail of them, and really liked the "cap" on the mountin man. I liked the viking best overall, because he was more fluid and rounded. The mountain man looked more "blocky", you might want to round figures like him a little more, but that's just my taste.
