Default Cottonwood bark Gnome Tree house

Just got er finished this weekend. It's about 18" tall and sits on a slab of bristlecone pine. The backing is a 1/2 inch thick slice of cottonwood bark. I fastened it all together with dowels and glue.

That is an excellent carving. I finished a Gnome tree house this weekend as well. I debated cutting out the outline around the houses and tree limbs like you did, but decided against it....

Now that I see your work I wish I would have! Well, good thing I have more wood.
