Randy your feather work was very well done,I feel the same way about painting my birds. I have decided to complete any and all my work before I start another project,( fingers crossed). I enjoy seeing your work,by the way, I just got back from Klamath Falls, boy was it ever hot,now my friends tell me that the weather is near freezing. Good Luck on your competion showing, keep us informed on how you did.

OK... the hen is more-or-less finished. I'm taking today off and will start on the drake tomorrow. I'm hoping he will be a bit less complex to paint, but, then, what do I know.

Hi Randy,

She finished up perfectly. Very impressive. I'm sure the drake will look as good.

Well, for better or worse, I think these ducks have had their final "molt". Although I may have to redo that patch of blue feathers...came out too blue really.

Hi Randy,

They both are beautiful. I agree with you on the blue but I think he's as handsome a drake as I've seen.
