Great carvings!

I also want to thank you for your website – Especially the exercise on carving eyes. I've got my practice sticks all marked up and ready for the weekend.

Thanks everyone for your very kind words and for visiting my blog site. Yes, I will be participating in the Dollywood Show Oct. 3,4 and 5; and Dayton, OH. I will also be at Cincinnati, OH Show, Oct.11-12 and Sauder Village, OH, Oct. 25-26 come by and say "Howdy." Here are four more photographs of Whittle Folk 'Pokes, who are now living in Texarkana, AR with good friend Owen Knight from War Eagle days.

Thumbs up Re: Buck A. Roo - a WHITTLE FOLK 'POKE

Don .. I was lucky enough to see some of your little guys up close at Pete Englers shop in Branson ..

The pictures dont do the real life justice .. They are fantastic to see in person .. The detail for minature pieces is incredible ..

To see one yourself is to see the minute detail .. and thats what makes your pieces so great looking ..

Excellent one of a kind carvings Don ..

Thanks for sharing

Gene
