Thanks Fred and everyone else for the nice comments. I took some other photos of the finish I have on it. it's 2nd and 3rd coat of Danish oil.
I have several other pieces of Black walnut I think I will be doing more fish.

That rascal is hiding in a tough spot, too. I think of it from a fishing point of view and that snag would grab a nymph (the bug-not mythology) on almost every cast!
