| | Benjamin Bunny this time! For those who enjoyed Peter Rabbit in my last post, you may also remember this little guy from the same series of stories. Benjamin Bunny. Also carved in Butternut and the priming coats of the paint were applied most excellently by the owner, my Granddaughter Octavia. Pretty darn good for a five year old. Grampie does the final painting and blending, such as it is.
Enjoy.

| | Re: Benjamin Bunny this time! Bob .. Your collection of animals are wonderful ... Just the thing for rembering our chilhood memories ...
But it still remind's me of the alice in wonderland fairy tales and the mother goose storybooks my mother use to read to me as a child ..
The painting catches that look of the pictures in the mother goose books ..
Thanks for the memories .. and great carvings ..

Good work, and you've got me wondering where I recall Benjamin Rabbit from. |

| | Re: Benjamin Bunny this time! Great work Bob. There's no end to what you can carve. Those would have been popular during Easter. Well there's next year.
