Default Been Baking instead of Carving

Well, sort of......made this "bread pan puzzle" for my new grandaughter. she's only a year old, but should be able to throw these pieces around OK. It'll keep the cat ducking!

It's from a picture I saw in a book "Creating timeless Toys in Wood". Good book with quite a few patterns, but none for this project, so I winged it.

Excellent! I like it. Yellow Pine eh. Love the grain and the way you have it finished.

It almost looks real. The little one should get lots of enjoyment putting that together...and its much quieter than pots and pans.

Thanks for the comeback, everyone.....I'm afraid I've gone into toy making mode instead of carving. I have several more small projects in the hopper and one more just waiting till I make more parts. I think this might be just as much or more fun than carving.

Al - that's VERY nice, very pretty... even the lettering is nice.

However I am kinda' wondering why you aren't carving stuff to SELL so you can buy Fiona a nice new car.
