How cool! Red lights, like at intersections?

Sadly Sharon, at intersections. Don't tell metro... Seems I can't catch a green one. Carving makes the red ones go by faster though. My car is usually a mess. Dan |

The mouse is a stand alone figure. He's not carved to this scale. When I finish painting him I'll post a final photo. I thought if I add a conductor to this band I'd use an otter. Dan |

Hey there Ya'll, Haven't added to this in a bit. School is taking a lot of my time. I've got to get moving though. There is a contest I'd like to enter. The scene continues to grow in any event. I'm designing an old badger pickin' a banjo in a rocking chair. I think he'll have a corncob pipe. He'll be tricky though. I'm goin to try to do him as one piece. He should end up about 2 1/2" tall. After that I may carve a mangey cat to sit on the trash can I carved. That should make enough band members. I carved a cobblestone street and a picket fence with a banner hanging on it. I thought I'd do the bands name there. The trouble is, "Bayou Band" just doesn't look right. I'm going to have to come up with a name. All the good ones have already been taken. Does Cajun Critters seem OK? I'll post more current photos this weekend. Take care, Dan |

OK, finally got time to add photos. Sorry about the quality. Evidently my house has lousy lighting. Oh, the bands name is "Ol Bleu's Bayou Band". Since the piano player is a blue tic hound I thought it would work. I'll paint that on the banner on the fence. Dan |
