Default Bass (crawdad) Update

The bass is still in primer, but I did finish the crawdad for the bass display. Sorry the picture isn't quite as good as I had hoped, but I'm having trouble with the close-up function on my camera. Second shot is a bit better, but with the flash, the dark greens didn't show up.

Nice looking crawdad! Put a couple of lead inserts on the underside and attach a hook and you'll be all set!

Send that crawdad to me Al --- I'll have Jerry take the photos. He never uses a flash and I promise I'll take real good care of that 'dad

I didn't do much on the bass today, other than build the mount to the base. It's a water lily pad with two 1/8" pegs on the side to hold the bass in place. I'll post a pic when I get that painted. Guess I was in a habitat mood t'day. also built up the support and cover for the crawdad, and got that temporarily mounted on the base. You can kind of see in the picture how this will be developed.
