Patrick, I hear ya about goin back and fixin stuff but I never seen those marks on the cheek till I painted it. I'm just gonna tell people it's scars from a head on collision. (smile)Jim, thanks for looking at my little guy, no, I won't be parting with him, he's only my fifth caricature so I guess I'll be keeping him

cliff,

i often find many things on carvings that needed to be fixed, mainly due to not being able to see as well as the camera, besides the C#R#S# syndrome the old eyes thing where if your holding it you cant focus your eyes on it ,
and with it our of reach you can see it,

combing that with crs syndrome its the not being able to remember what or where you saw it, thats my major problem , yep you got the idea,,,

wishing you a safe operation and speedy recovery..

Hi Cliff
You did a great job on your little man.3/4' is getting small for sure.I cut off bigger chips than that Ha Ha .I'm praying for you a quick recovery on your hip surgery.

Mr Cliff,I thinks hes neat!! You did a great job with this "little" carving! Yea just take it easy after your surgery! Time heals,rushing messes up things!

Cliff, Good looking carving! He looks a little like he might have just stepped off a scale and was a bit surprised. Ya could call him Dunlap! LOL Good job on carving that small! Thanks for sharing him!

Cliff,
Nice carving I see you turned his head I am doing some of Jack Prices carving and turning the head still makes me stop and reread his instructions.(I'm a slow learner but persistant)

Hi all and thank you for the response to my little fella, they mean a lot to me. Robert, turning the head is a challenge for sure but hang in there, if I can do it, anyone can, good luck, it's a neat addition to a simple carving.
