Default Update on grizzly grinder/foredom hand pieces

At the carving show I found a knowledgeable vendor who said he has put foredom and WeCheer hand pieces on grizzly grinders. He is The Tool Box, aka thewoodcarverstoolbox.com at midland texas. I bought a SWEET little hand piece (even though I didn't think I wanted one as I have a detailer) I'ts only 1/2inch in dia and about 6 inches long (smaller the my detailer piece) and it was only 27.95. It fits the griz and is a WeCheer WE26511. The foredom piece I thought I wanted(due to i'ts 1/4inch cap.) was too big and in my opinion not a 50+$ improvement over the stock griz piece. There it is, according to the vendor foredom and WeCheer hand pieces fit ( I can vouch for the one I bought). He even offered me a money back guarantee if ti didn't fit. I used the grizzly recipricating hand piece yesterday and was amazed at the control I had over the cut. I think the bottom angle needs changed as the cross grain cuts were tearing. I also found a adapter that allows use of the standard flex cut blade type chisels to be used in the recipricating hand piece. I havent used it yet if anyone is interested I can post a report after I try it out. arnie
