Default Shiney Eyes

Here's a little tip I found out about at the Evansville Show, its a product called
"Mod Podge" you can get it at Hobby Lobby 4 oz's $4.49 there are 3 kinds, you want the one that dries clear. You paint it on the eyes, it goes on milky looking but dries clear and bright. The man who told me about it had all his carvings eyes coated with it he carved Santa's and they looked super. Just a little tip.

It's good stuff, I've used for quite some time for eyes. I think I first saw it used by my wife when she used to make collages.

Unfortunately, Mod Podge gives a satin finish and is not as hard as Epoxy. Epoxy stays bright and glossy and is hard enough to stand up to peoples fingers.

I don't know if it would last outside but, a drop of thin CA glue works on small eyes. I just tried the gel type on an Indian. It did not do what I wanted but, that may have been poor procedure. Bob
