Wink Paint stick

Hey all, here's a little tip for a painting stic. No I didn't spell it wrong, it's what I use. Take a Bic round stic pen pull off the end with the ink refill in it. Take the refill out and epoxy a dry wall screw or wood screw into the end that the refill came out of. Put the tip back in the case and you have paint stic. Works good because you can put the cap on and it protects anything it may otherwise jab into. I made three with different size screws for different size carvings. Have fun, carve Harold

I do the same with a wood dowel rod. The base is 1inch which I drill a hole same size as dowel through the base and stick the dowel with screw head in it. free handed painting. The bigger the carving, the bigger base and dowel.
