So she couldn't claim for the broken eggs because she opened the box? Come on now.....how could she tell if they were broken?
| Eggxactly my point! Then again this person has bugged me for 3 seasons now due to eggs that supposedly got lost in the mail. These were replacements to finally satisfy her (hopefully) since NO ONE can guarentee shipped eggs, as she well knows. But I got tired of her emails. I have wondered if she was just looking to get even more or ??? How can I know if they were damaged or not. Maybe they are in great shape and they all hatch. Her problem now however it turns out.

| | Re: Packing, Transporting, Shipping & Storing Carvings It seems that the insurance often has a way to get out of honoring their policies. But to deny the claim on the eggs because the girl opened the carton seems a bit far fetched. That is discouraging. I'm about to ship another large carving, and have been watching posts on shipping and information about safe shipping. I think Lynns method is the best I've run across yet. Thanks
