Default Leather burnishing disc

I cut out several 1 inch dia. circles from a piece of 1/4 thick leather.
I use a 2 inch long x 1/8th dia. fine threaded round head screw, 2 small washers, 1 star lock washer, & 1 nut.

Drill a 1/8th. dia. hole in the center of the leather circles.
Put a flat washer on the screw, then 2 or 3 leather circles.
, then another flat washer, then the star washer, and finally the nut.
Tighten nut snug so the pieces wont slip on the screw.
Insert in rotary tool and use a rasp file to true up disc edges if using more than 1.
Apply almond oil or mineral oil and let the leather soak it up.

I only hand sand to 220 grit and then use the burnishing tool to get a nice smooth finish and seal the wood.
