i found one at mernards its made shop vac its not a lap top but it is made for wood working its low noise and works well.

the canadain scroller had a plan for a clothing dryer motor and fan that all fit on top of a 5 gallon bucket, it had a dryer hose connected to a lap board that you set between your legs the fan pulled through the hose and filtered the air through furnace filters inside a 5 gallon bucket then exausted back out the top...
was thinking of making one for a buddy that dose a lot of rv'ing with a car heater blower fan motor,12vt dc...
