I do not know if this will be of any interest to others. I needed a carving stand of some kind. Something that was portable and could be broken down and stored away. I also wanted a place to mount my Jerry Rig vise and holds the tools I am working with. Not long a go I got a Rockwell Jawhorse. I have been very happy with the way it works. It holds block lumber and logs very secure. I came up with this setup using the Jawhorse. I think will work well for me. It makes a very stable carving set up. I thought I would share it. I'm jealous....That's a great looking set up...!!! I like the idea of portability. I've used picknic tables at the park before, but this looks a whole lot better... Good for you for being so ingenius....!!!!

My husband got me the Jawhorse for Christmas. Then I got the log jaws for it. great idea the dog had, what a nice convenient setup! I love my jawhorse, I set mine up in the kitchen in the evenings. I highly recommend this tool.
