Default I gotta be more careful....

When I click on that flashy advertisment on top of the page here. I ended up at Fox Chapel and immediately found 30 books I wanted to add to my meager collection. I stopped myself at 9 and most of them are chip carving patterns and idea books. Yahoo....new chip carving ideas for Christmas.

I do the same type of thing everytime I need to buy a tool or supplies.Never get by with just the one I originally needed.

yep it becomes hard to control the impulse buy when it comes to carving for myself as well.
i have a harbor freight belt grinder i have extended warranty on, its been out of stock, but every time i go to check on the status it winds up costing $25-50.00 because i find some new to me something thing i been doing without, in the store i gotta have.
im as bad about books, new or used, even used books and back issues have information thats new to me,
but you have to keep up with the new stuff as to finishes and adhesives because some of the old information talks about hide glue.....and such..
