Default Free Poster board
Hey if any of you guys use poster board for your patterns, I have a tip for ya. Go to your local Home Improvement Center where paneling is sold. The paneling usually comes in with the top sheets covered in poster board for protection. You can get this free at most places just for the asking it is thrown away after unpacking. This sheet will be a 4 foot by 8 foot piece which should last a very long time for your pattern cut outs.
