Default How I Carve!

I have had several PM emails asking how I carve. I am posting some pictures of my setup. The monitor on the left is what I watch while carving. The camera in this photo is on the right front so it shows the front of what I'm carving. The scope is placed on my glasses and will widen my feild of view so O can see a little more of the area. It takes some getting used to but it works. I am still waiting for my station I designed to be built and also having a camera arm built so it will be easier to move around. I hope this answers some questions. Ron

Thumbs up Re: How I Carve!

Wow Ron, thats quite a setup, I have heard of another blind carver from what I understood he mostly carved by feel. Its great the way you have overcome your handicap to do something you enjoy. Also great job on your little Santas.

Ron-that is an amazing set-up.i disagree with your statement "that if a blind man can carve-anyone can.

you sir have a talent and you have not let the loss of sight discourage you but have found ways to over come.
