Default the witches three

This is a poem that I wrote after I saw the carving of the witch pulling the wagon. I hope that y'all like it.

The Witches Three

On the darkest night, the darkest night of all
The witches three gave a call
They called upon the cats, ghosts and ghouls
they called upon the zombies ,the phantoms and fools.

On the darkest night , the darkest night of all
The witches three gave a call
It is time they screeched! It is time they yell!
It is time for the witches ball!

On the darkest night the darkest night of all
the witches three made ready for the ball
They made thier famous brew
and conjured a most hideous crew
There were goblins, ghosts and trolls
there were demons and devil
and all drank from a deaths head bowl

On the dardest night the dardest night of all
The witches three gave a call
It is time they hissed for the scarest haunting of all
They called together thier most grousome things that crawled
The witches three all cackeled "Lets scare those brats that make
fun of we three."

On the darkest night, the darkest night of all
The witches three gave a call
and with thier voices they scream
"Lets go to the village and give them scary dreams!"
they all crept into town
some flew and others crawled
and others just moved underground

On the darkest night, the darkest night of all
the witches three exclaimed!
"how can this be!"
they watched ghosts and goblins from door to door flee
when the doors opened the people did not scream!

On the darkest night, the darkest night of all
the witches three cried
" That is why they were not
all a frieght! 'TIS HALLOWEEN NIGHT!"

I hope that you enjoy this poem. thank you

Hey I enjoyed the poem. If you carve as good as you rhyme you are doing pretty good. Have you posted any of your carvings yet? What part of NY do you live in? I am about 20 miles from Niagara Falls near Wilson NY.

Well done! Not often are we treated to some nice poetry, and Halloween poetry at that. Thank you for sharing that with us.
