Thanks Colin,
We had plans to come and invade the Open House last weekend. If fact Fox Chapel was even kind enough to send us free entry tickets ... Thank you, Alan and Bob.

But unfortunately we got a call of Thrusday evening about the death of one my Aunts ... that sort of changed everything. So instead of our weekend being about meeting new people and carving it became one of lovingly remembering those of our past.

Maybe next year ....

Susan

Susan,

It must be the month for such things, I just found out my wives Uncle as well passed away Wed. morning. Just shows you never know the next thing that will enter our lives.

As for next year with the open house , I heard, that they might be looking at five years before they do another. I personally think that this is much much too long. Perhaps we should get a petition up for next year .

And to let you know Colin's remark when he heard five years

in his best Candaian accent " I'LL be dead my then! "

Oh Colin, I have to ask , where can I find a maple leaf coat , my brother would like to have one, so thinking about Christmas.......

Well now! Returning the conversation to light BULBS instead of light BLUBS...

How many women with MENOPAUSE or PMS, does it take to change a light bulb?

A: One! ONLY ONE!!!!

And do you know WHY? Because no one else in this house knows HOW to change a light bulb! They don't even know that the bulb is BURNED OUT!! They would sit in the dark for THREE DAYS before they figured it out. And, once they figured it out, they wouldn't be able to find the #&%!* light bulbs despite the fact that they've been in the SAME CABINET for the past 17 YEARS!

But if they did, by some miracle of God, actually find them, 2 DAYS LATER, the chair they dragged to stand on to change the STUPID light bulb would STILL BE IN THE SAME SPOT!! AND UNDERNEATH IT WOULD BE THE WRAPPER THE FREAKING LIGHT BULBS CAME IN!!! BECAUSE NO ONE EVER CARRIES OUT THE GARBAGE!!! IT'S A WONDER WE HAVEN'T ALL SUFFOCATED FROM THE PILES OF GARBAGE THAT ARE A FOOT DEEP THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE!! IT WOULD TAKE AN ARMY TO CLEAN THIS PLACE! AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON WHO CHANGES THE TOILET PAPER ROLL !!

I'm sorry. What was the question?

Susan
(My sister-in-law forwarded this one to me ... so, it's all her fault.)

No Susan that is an old police joke how many cops does it take to make an arrest? Answer two, one to make the arrest and one to hold the coffee and donuts

Ah the old toilet seat problem that most women don't understand what the hinges are for. Ah but ol Ken fixed that problem for his little bride who did not understand that the seat can either go up or down. Now in both bathrooms, there ain't no seats. Sure is a surprise to people when they come to visit. Well, they visit one time and never come back. Something about falling in or something to that order!

By thespians, I assume you mean actors? The only reason we techies would need more than one person was if we couldn't get the ladder in to that part of the set; then we would get four or five people standing on each other's shoulders to reach the lightbulb...unless it was in the cut, then it would be only one person...
