That's to bad about your water damage. I was lucky mine was minor and in only spots in the basement. (Although I did a little planning when I picked the spot for my shop.

Anyway this winter our hose for the sump pump froze up at work and put 4 inches of water in the basement and the insurance paid to have the sheetrock replaced. Sorry to here that.
