Default Using Bark

I knew this wk I wasnt going to carve but just paint a few things and Id been saving some birch bark and painted some of it yesterday and a few other items.

The top peice was raggy but I painted a river with men fishing for trout on it. Sorry the picts are not that good,my batteries in my camera are run down this morning. Like me,my wife,we have been sick this wk,really the past 2 wks, shes been off work all this wk.Just a bad old summer type of colds.

Just want to share theses bark paintings, they are not carved but least they are wood. And us here love WOOD~

Hope you enjoy theses, you know me,I dont waste anything, even bark.

Have a good wk end,Forrest

The paintings are great Forrest, I don't know which is my favorite. Reminds me of some of the stuff I did years ago. I know my son would love that turkey! Thanks for posting them.

Hi Forrest,

Nice little paintings from a man of many talents.

You can finally stop trying, you're already the best.
