Tim,
From all of us carvers thank you for having such a positive impact on our community and the hobby we represent!!
This is one hobby where it seems most of us have our priorities straight...and for that I am eternally grateful!

Tim, well done. That was the right thing to do, as you already know. Thank you. There are a lot more good people out there than we think sometimes. Well done.

Nice to read about returned stolen items. I was robbed of some sentimental tools, and camera equipment (they had been my father's), and never recovered any of it. If someone returned them, I would have been so grateful.
You are obviously a man of character.

Tim,
Thank you for doing the right thing, we all salute you! Is there anything you really need in your tool collection? Maybe one of us has a duplicate we could send you. You deserve a reward; maybe we, your friends, can help with that.
Wade

Tim
I think what you are doing is fantastic. I would have done the same thing and think every carver on this board would do the same thing, I think they all would.

It takes a special person to do what you are doing. I think woodcarvers are a special group of people. It takes a person that sees butity all around him or her, someone that loves there tools, someone that loves to create beautiful things, someone that's honest, someone that cares. I think this is the kind of person I think you are.

It touches my heart to know you did those things for a fellow carver.. What a Blessing it must have been for him.. You have done a wonderful thing and when I read it .. I said a prayer for you that the Lord would Bless you abundantly for what you did and now I see that everyone has the same wish, so get ready for some Blessings! Yes, I learned a long time ago that woodcarvers were a good honest bunch of people.. You have proved that for us.. Thanks Charlotte

Wow! I knew this BB was special, but you guys are wonderful!

What nice gestures you all have made, but you all don't need to do anything for me! I am just glad I found the guy and he is getting some of his stuff back, especially the Enlow tool. It never even crossed my mind for one minute NOT to return them.

I just happen to be a simple country kid that had a great servant attitude instilled in me by my mom and dad. I learned from them to always try to do what was right.

In my previous life as a bank Vice-President, I interviewed for a job at a different bank one time. One of my college classmates worked at the bank I was interviewing for, and he took me aside and told me that I was too honest to work there!

I didn't realize you could be 'too honest'!

Thank you all for your kind comments and God Bless you!

Tim
