I'm Glad I wasn't judging that catagory. The piece Ron was up against was massive and in return drew attention. It was a clean carving and well executed as far as workmanship. As far as content it was very repeticious. It was carved as a donation to a nature center.

my kids came back and they brought more with them .changing the lock did not help .

You go through life thinking from day to day it is pretty much the same. Then things change seemingly right before your eyes. The kids are going where? Hey! When did this all happen? After all those years of child rearing,,my wife was out of a job as well. Transitions,,,change,,,new ventures,,,Isn't life great? It's the best game in town!

Seems too that Ron you've done a great job ,as expected, in the carving game as well. Congratulations on your win,,that is so terrific to hear. I am not surprised you won,,you have always done excellent work. Enjoy all the accolades,,you deserve it. I'm so happy for you.

congrates ron......
one time we sent our kids to camp ....while they were gone we moved......you know they still found us............. now we got 16 1/2 half grand kids and four daughter in laws that come and go ...... seems like all they want to do is eat.
