I can't believe that these comments would have been made by someone who is a member of and contributer to this forum. This has to be the work of some outsider. There is no room here for hateful or hurtful comments.

Since the work that Ron and Ash do is considered by this "professional" to be sub-par it cannot interfe with his/her pursuits. So what is the problem? If this person reads the forums they would understand that each of us carves for our own reasons and there many different levels of ability here. Each of us can do our own thing in our own way. Isn't that what art is all about? It's easy to be a critic especially when you hide and seperate yourself from your comments. Shame on you. This person does not have the guts or intestinal fortitude to go through a life changing event like Ron. Not to mention to do it with the class and positive attitude like Ron. I would hope this person never has to lean on their friends, family and faith to get through a tragedy. The problem with free speech is that too many morons take full advantage of it. Ron you keep on living your life the best you can the way you want. I know you are an inspiration to me.

Ron,

Send any information that you get to one of the moderators or BobD.

The sender of the e-mail will be banned.

This does not need to be discussed here any longer as the sender is not worth the time.

I'm closing this as there's no need to discuss it any longer.

Ron,
You have my sincere apologies over this, and my solemn promise to do whatever I can to find out who this person is. They will be banned.

As someone who has been exposed to a lot of carving projects and stories every day, I can honestly say that your work inspires me in a way that no other carving does! We all care about you!

I've talked with Ron, and his internet people have exhausted their resources tracing the e-mail. So the trace hit a dead end, but that doesn't mean we can't keep an eye out for suspicious behavior here. Please feel free to PM me with ANYTHING out of the ordinary!

Bob
