Default u-tube

Recently my son got high speed internet and a new computer. He and my daughter were trying to down load a couple of Gene's u-tube for me. Neither he or my daughter were able to.I have most of Gene's videos thanks to the generosity of Bob Tate but would like to get Genes golf ball carving. Could anyone tell me how to do it.
Thanks in advance for any help

Gene's golf ball video is right here.

Just look over on the left hand side under Carving Community and click Carving Video Galleries then follow the links.

Claude,
I think he got a new gateway but I will have to wait until he shows up to know for certain. Both he and my daughter are better with computers than I am. Neither one had been on u-tube before .

Thanks Brian, but I wanted to get them downloaded on a disk and with dial up for an internet connection I can not do it.

Robert:
I can't help you with a PC, but for a Mac, in case anyone is interested, here's how to download the videos and then play them.

From: macosxhints.com - Easily download YouTube movies via Safari
"If you're using Safari, there's an easy way to download YouTube videos. Open the page with the movie and press Command-Option-A, which shows the Activity window. If you're also loading other sites, you'll see a list of them: scroll until you find the YouTube page and click on the arrow to show details about what is being loaded.

You will certainly notice an element whose size is over 0.5MB (most of the time, over 5MB). Double-click on it (even if it is still loading), and Safari will download it. When the download is over, navigate to the file in the Finder (which will probably be called get_video) and add the extension .flv to its name. Now you can play it with VLC or with QuickTime (only if you have Perian installed)."

...and here's the link for Perian:
Perian - The swiss-army knife of QuickTime® components

For the PC, I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. Look for the "Video Downloader" extension. I can get you the links once I get home from work tonight.
