Default Thanks for a Few Things!!

Hey Everybody,

Just wanted to thank this excellent community for helping in with carving and personal things.

A few weeks ago, I posted asking help with a band saw problem; everyone gave such great advice. Turns out, the problem was that the guides were much too far apart, making my blades bend and break. Now, it runs like a charm!

Thanks to all who responded to my latest post on "Ear Problem." I just found out that my 15 month old son will need tubes in his ears to stop his ear infections. When I called for an appt for him with an ENT, I was able to schedule something for myself right after him. So, we'll both have our ears checked in January by a doctor and audiologist.

Have a great safe, and HEALTHY Christmas!

Jillsy

Hey Jillsy, First I hope the doctors can help both you and your son.

Second, You have added humor to the board, and we all need to keep a sense of humor. IMHO, the world would be a better place if more people would laugh. And if we didn't like you, we wouldn't tease with you!

Third, if I can be of help, ask the question, and I'll try my best to help you or anyone else. I'm not an expert at anything, but I know a little bit about a lot of things.

Merry Christmas Jillsy.

Hope your ear problems disappear and you enjoy all the little sounds life has to offer.......the heart beat of your little boy, the sounds a husband makes in his sleep, birds anouncing the sunrise, and the gurgle of a brook in the quiet of the woods. The little things we take for granted.

Bob

Way to go Jillsy, I'm glad you're taking the proper steps, hearing and eyesight are nothing to mess with. (Just ask my wife, she thinks I'm deaf!!! )

Now, exactly what do you mean. They hear perfectly well by golly. They only pretend to NOT hear so we will talk and they will learn or hear more than we think they do.
