Re: Thank you to whoever..... There's another really cool group of RV'ers called MMAP, maybe Mobile Mishionary Aid Projects or something like that. They choose where they go next, work 3 to 6 easy weeks on a good worthwhile project (orphanage wing addition or something) and then off to another project, or home if they want. Great Folks! All retirees, kind of like a mobile Habitat for Humanity. Organizations all over the country apply for their help, and the members of MAPPS choose individually which projects they want to work on. I worked for an organization in Tucson, House of Samuel Childrens Services, for a 1 1/2 years in the early 80's, an adoptive and fostercare service, that used MAPPS every chance they got.
